ED to dose: the dose corresponding to the selected ED is interpolated using the two closest tabulated ED values.
Dose to ED: the ED corresponding to the consumed dose is interpolated using the two closest tabulated dose values.
Action Level: Reference dose (mg protein) / Portion (g) × 1000, expressed as mg allergenic protein/kg food.
