Calculation notes

Calculated Action Level: AL = 1000 × RfD / consumption amount (g), expressed as mg allergen protein per kg food.

Calculated required LOQ: LOQ = calculated AL / 3.

When the consumption amount does not match an available row in the reference tables, the tool displays the calculated value and warns that no exact tabulated value is available.

Data source: operational tables loaded from the Excel file provided, based on FAO/WHO food allergen risk assessment reports. Before regulatory use or formal publication, always verify the values against the current official report versions.
