4. Contact form and email
QualiFood uses WPForms Lite to manage the contact form. Data submitted through the form are not stored as entries in the WPForms database. The information is transmitted as a notification to QualiFood’s institutional email address.
Messages and replies may be retained in the email system for the time necessary to handle and follow up the enquiry. 5. Cookies and related technologies
QualiFood uses functional cookies essential to the operation of the website and, with the user’s consent, cookies or technologies for measurement and external content.
The consent banner allows users to accept, reject or configure non-essential categories. Preferences can subsequently be changed using the consent management mechanism available on the website.
Detailed information about cookies, their purposes, duration and providers can be found in our Cookie Policy.
6. Google Analytics
QualiFood uses Google Analytics 4 to obtain aggregate statistical information about use of the website, such as pages visited, approximate session duration, device type and general traffic origin.

Some QualiFood pages contain videos embedded from YouTube, a service provided by Google.
Videos remain blocked until the user consents to the relevant category. If content is authorised and played, YouTube may receive technical information, use cookies or identifiers and associate the interaction with a Google account if the user is signed in.
Processing by Google and YouTube is governed by the Google Privacy Policy.
8. Providers and recipients

9. International transfers
Some technology providers may process information on servers located outside Argentina. This may involve international data transfers.
Where applicable, we will seek to ensure that this processing is carried out through providers offering appropriate contractual, technical and organisational measures, in accordance with applicable law.
10. Information retention
